We specialise in the promotion of land and buildings through the planning process, achieving an uplift in value whilst considering the best strategy to suit the specific needs of property owners. Having supported landowners for over ten years as their land agent, Pete founded TurnAcre to create an agile and independent promotion company capable of streamlining the often protracted legal and planning processes involved in securing development consent. Pete values personal involvement in every client agreement and strives to tailor the process to best suit each client’s individual requirements.

Gregor graduated with a MSc in Real Estate Management in 2024. He has over 5 years experience in delivering construction projects, from the planning process all the way through to completion and property handover. His experience in delivering sites supports the strategic direction of the company, and helps progress sites from promotion through to delivery whilst providing practical insight when assessing construction costs.
